The device can be reset by following the instructions included with the device. Alternatively, you can search for this information on our support website.
Is there a mandatory subscription ?
Yes, there is a mandatory subscription for most solutions. You can sign up for monthly or annual subscriptions. The subscription covers access to the data and the app on smartphone, tablet and computer.
What happens to my data at the end of the subscription?
You can download the data any time before the end of subscription. 60-days after the end of your subscription, all the data will be destroyed.
Do you store data on the cloud or on premise?
We store all the data on cloud servers located in the United States.
